We made an offer!!

Well its official we made an offer. We looked at this house really hard there are some negatives to it but in the long run we think it will work for us. It's sort of a roll of the dice right now with the way the market is. Everything is falling here but this particular house has fallen quite a bit already so who knows. The kids are back in school starting Monday so thats good. They have to get used to waking up early again.
